Top 100 Employers of 2016!


Top apprentices and leading employers from across the country gathered at a prestigious ceremony at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel on Friday night to be recognised as award winning apprentices and apprenticeship employers at the 13th National Apprenticeship Awards.

Employers of all sizes and from a range of sectors, three apprentices and an apprentice champion were recognised for their commitment to apprenticeships - with winners and highly commended finalists announced on the night.

The National Apprenticeship Awards acknowledge excellence in business that grow their own apprentice talent and apprentices who make a significant contribution to the workplace. Applications from almost 1000 hopefuls were submitted for the small, medium, large, macro and newcomer employer categories, alongside the intermediate, advanced, higher and degree apprentice categories and an apprenticeship champion award. 

The 6 businesses, 3 apprentices and 1 apprenticeship champion beat tough competition from across the country to be crowned winners at the ‘Nation of Champions’ themed event.
